MAIN CHARACTERS

	Naruto An orphan living with the Hokage ninja; Naruto is rude, loud, and hates authority. His goal is to attain the highest rank in the Hokage clan. In love with Sakura.
	Sasuke The son of the respected ninja family Uchiha, Sasuke has seemingly boundless potential. He feels obligated to live up to his family name and regards Naruto as a nuisance.
	Sakura One of Naruto's classmates, another ninja-in-training. She has a major crush on Sasuke, and hates Naruto because he's constantly pestering her.
	Iruka-sensei Naruto's former teacher; he teaches the beginning levels of ninjutsu. Because his own parents died when he was little, he sympathizes with Naruto and helps him whenever possible.

BASIC PLOT

One decade ago, a monstrous beast attacked the Hokage ninja clan. After slaughtering a large portion of their population, it was eventually sealed inside the body of a new-born infant. This infant, parentless, continued to live with Hokage clan, although he was mistrusted by those who remembered the beast. The child grew up to become Naruto; a reckless, power-hungry, but essentially good boy whose goal is to attain the highest rank in the Hokage.
